Why worry if you can’t control what’s happening?
Why worry if you haven;t got any problems at all?
Do you see something as a problem or a challenge?
Almost all of your worries can be solved.
Some of them shouldn’t cause anxiety.
Look at the positive side.
Think about what you can control.
Think about what you can do.
Although I wish someone told me this before, I’m quite glad to have figured it out myself. Worrying could literally kill you. Stop.
