There are times when not-so-great things happen to us. Instead of giving in to negativity, we should always look at the bright side. Positivity brings about happiness and calmness that could combat stress and anxiety. One of the best weapons we could have is control. 1. Why is this situation good for me?
2. What can I learn from this?
3. What can I do to turn this situation around?
